With the Blue Sky options, you are billed at your current Basic Service or Time of Use rate and you pay an additional charge for the renewable option you choose.

Block - support regional wind energy and help develop community-based small-scale renewable energy projects for an additional fixed cost each month. Each 100 kwh block costs an additional $1.95 per month. Buy as many blocks as you'd like. Your purchase does not fluctuate with your electricity usage.

Usage - support a blend of regional wind, solar and biomass energy equal to your monthly electricity usage. This option costs $0.0089 - less than a penny - more per kwh than Basic Service.

Habitat - the same as Blue Sky Usage with a monthly $2.50 donation to restore and preserve native fish habitat in Oregon.
